Discord identifiers and basic profile details are used to connect Save Challenge submissions and completed Stripe subscriptions to the correct community member.

Save Challenge videos are held temporarily only while Konda sends them to Discord. The temporary website copy is removed after the request finishes; the Discord submission remains under the community's review workflow.

During a Save Challenge upload, up to three temporary images from the top of the video may be analysed to read the in-game ID and match clock. They are used only to complete the submission card, are not used to approve or reject the save, and are not retained by the website after the request.

Konda does not receive Discord passwords or private messages through sign-in. Stripe processes payment data under its own terms.
